St. Francois County 4-H and MU Extension Present Girl Powered Dojo Wellness Camp August 13th

PARK HILLS, Mo. – St. Francois County 4-H and MU Extension are excited to announce the upcoming Girl Powered Dojo Wellness Camp, a free back-to-school event designed to energize and empower girls ages 9–14 for the new school year. Sponsored by the St. Francois County Rotary Club, the event will take place on Tuesday, August 13, 2025, from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. at the MAC Tech Building.

This one-day wellness camp offers a dynamic blend of fun and learning, encouraging girls to build confidence, friendships, and healthy habits. Participants will explore “ninja skills” for the new school year through engaging activities such as:

  • Arts & Crafts

  • Gardening

  • Music

  • Escape Room Challenges

  • Yoga

  • Nature Exploration

In addition to these hands-on experiences, each participant will receive free school supplies to help kick off the academic year with success.
